Marissa Wellington

Marissa is a second year law student at Rutgers Law School - Newark. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology and English at the University at Buffalo. Marissa currently serves on the executive board of the Association for Black Law Students as the Attorney General. She has also interned at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services where she worked primarily in the family law department. Marissa is interested in intellectual property law and in educating marginalized community on legal topics that benefit their everyday lives. In her free time, Marissa enjoys outdoor activities, yoga, and drinking lots of tea!
